9. Shaun Hill (2007 to 2009)
One of the forgotten quarterbacks in Niners lore will be Shaun Hill. His 10-6 record as a starter was actually not as impressive as it looks.
That record spans three seasons from 2007 to 2009, and he was in all actuality really just a placeholder for the times Alex Smith was injured (or just not performing well).
Although Hill has a winning record as a starting quarterback on the 49ers, he actually never even played one full season with the team.
