Here we rank the all the San Francisco 49ers starting quarterbacks from 1980 to the present day.
10. Blaine Gabbert (2015 to 2016)
Blaine Gabbert had a very short stint with the 49ers as their starting quarterback. Just as Shaun Hill was somewhat of a placeholder, Gabbert held that same position in many ways.
He was handed the starting job in 2015 to replace Colin Kaepernick and ended up ceding the role back to him in 2016.
Gabbert would finish his time with the 49ers with a 4-9 record. The highlight of his time with the team might've been his walk-off 71-yard touchdown pass in overtime to wide receiver Torrey Smith to defeat the Chicago Bears 26-20.
