1-1. Friday, Aug. 25. 49ers Chargers. 42. 13. CBS, NFL Network. 1-1. . 10 p.m. ET

Both the 49ers and Chargers wrap up their 2023 preseason campaigns tonight from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.

The San Francisco 49ers stay at home for their final NFL preseason game of 2023 this Friday, and they'll play host to the Los Angeles Chargers, who are gunning to stay in contention within the vaunted AFC West this upcoming season.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan's squad has gone 1-1 in the preseason so far, but the record doesn't exactly count.

What will matter, though, are the individual performances of players, particularly those on the fringes of the roster who want to avoid being cut in advance of Week 1. Considering the Niners' current roster consists of 90 players, getting down to 53 will be an awfully tough challenge.

A strong finish against the Bolts could do some of San Francisco's players some good.

If you're clearing your schedule to watch the 49ers' preseason finale, we've got you covered with what you need to know right here.

49ers vs. Chargers: Preseason betting odds, spread, over/under

According to the oddsmakers over at FanDuel, the Niners are 7.5-point home favorites with a moneyline of -360.

Los Angeles' moneyline, meanwhile, is +290. The over/under for the game is 37.5.

Preseason betting is a bit tricky, particularly when the starters and immediate reserves come out, which is why it's advisable to know that betting odds and lines can change at any time.
