No. 3: Michael B. Jordan as 49ers Wide Receiver Jerry Rice

Wide receiver Jerry Rice checked many boxes throughout his football career. He had numerous accolades to his name, he won multiple titles and he crushed records.

For someone to accurately be cast to portray the GOAT, they would need to cover a lot of ground as an actor.

The logical option here would be Michael B. Jordan.

Jordan’s range as an actor can be seen from him playing characters from super-villain Erik Killmonger in Black Panther to hero Adonis Creed in the Rocky spin-off, Creed. He also has many acting accolades to his name.

Additionally, he has experience as a football player on his resume. Jordan was in the television sports drama, Friday Night Lights, in which he played high school quarterback Vince Howard. Even though he played a quarterback, Jordan should have no trouble converting to wide receiver.

Jordan has the lean, yet muscular physique of a young Rice. There is no doubt he would shine in this role.
