5. Jeff Garcia (1999 to 2003)
At No. 5 on the list is Jeff Garcia, who may not have taken the team as far as other quarterbacks, but he had some personal accolades.
Garcia took over at quarterback after Steve Young's career prematurely ended due to injury in 1999. From 2000 to 2002, Garcia was selected to three straight Pro Bowls.
Although he had some personal accolades, his win/loss numbers were not that impressive during his time with San Francisco. Garcia finished with a record of 35-36 after six seasons with the team. He was also only able to give them one playoff victory, finishing with a playoff record of 1-2.
