What is the 49ers schedule for the 2023 NFL season?
By Peter Panacy
The full slate of the 49ers schedule for 2023 is revealed here in all 17 regular-season games.
The 2023 NFL schedule is officially official, as the league announced each regular-season game for all 32 teams on Thursday, May 11 via the NFL Network.
For the San Francisco 49ers, who have enjoyed a recent tradition of numerous road games to open up the year while avoiding the hot sun that'll grace Levi's Stadium in September, the 2023 season will open up on the road once more.
This time, it'll be a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Niners play a first-place schedule in 2023 after winning the NFC West a year ago. There are the obligatory home-and-away inter-divisional games, of course, and San Francisco will also square off against the NFC East and AFC South, plus there will be three at-large games with an extra road game mixed in (teams alternate between home and away each year).
OK, you've asked for it. Here is the 49ers schedule for the upcoming 2023 season.

The Niners can be happy about five primetime games, yes, and they can be happy about a middle-of-the-season bye week, too.
Of course, winning the games will ultimately count the most.
