George Kittle is dealing with a hamstring injury and was listed as questionable for the 49ers' Week 11 game against the Seahawks.

The San Francisco 49ers are a bit banged up for their Week 11 home game against their NFC West rivals, the Seattle Seahawks.

All-Pros, including defensive end Nick Bosa (hip), left tackle Trent Williams (ankle) and tight end George Kittle (hamstring), found themselves on the Niners' final injury report of the week, all being listed as questionable for the contest.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan seemingly carried a little more doubt about Williams' availability than anyone else, although Kittle's status for the game is certainly a concern.

Especially in the hours counting down to kickoff.

San Francisco is aiming to gain ground in a tough NFC West race while knocking off the Hawks for the second time this season.

Doing so without Kittle would be a substantially more difficult challenge.

Is George Kittle playing vs. Seahawks?

Late Saturday night, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Kittle as "unlikely" to play in Week 11, citing sources that also said the 49ers would monitor the tight end's status up until game time but weren't confident he'd be available:

This is understandably a huge blow for the Niners offense, losing a prolific playmaker who has enjoyed plenty of success versus Seattle over his storied career.

As something of a solace, San Francisco will at least deploy All-Pro running back Christian McCaffrey, who made his 2024 debut in Week 10 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after missing the first eight weeks of the season with Achilles issues.

Wide receiver Jauan Jennings, who also suffered an injury in the week leading up to the game, was cleared and will play.

The 49ers will have until 90 minutes prior to kickoff to make a final decision on Kittle, and the early signs seem to point to him landing on the week's inactive list because of the injury.

Should this be the case, No. 2 tight end Eric Saubert would get the nod.

The Niners and Seahawks kick off on Nov. 17 at 4:05 p.m. ET from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
