The San Francisco 49ers may have their next general manager waiting in the folds.
A young fan had a tremendous opportunity to meet Las Vegas Raiders star pass-rusher Maxx Crosby at a public event, and it appears this fan is no stranger to recruiting players to her favorite team.
Her favorite team, of course, is the Niners.
Instead of being purely star-struck, as many fans are in the presence of star athletes, the fan got right down to business and attempted to pry Crosby away from Vegas toward San Francisco.
"I literally made a post about you, like a couple of weeks ago," the young girl told Crosby. "So, I've got to ask for The Faithful, will you please join the 49ers?"

Crosby was visibly amused by the question and gave the only response he probably could've issued at the time.
"I can't. I can't," Crosby replied. "Hey, I still appreciate you doing your homework, though. You never know. You're the best, though."
It's unclear if the NFL will fine the young fan for tampering, although they better not.
Young 49ers fan just fueled Maxx Crosby speculation
There's been no shortage of talk about Crosby potentially joining the 49ers, including offseason chatter about him being a trade candidate to keep pace with the Los Angeles Rams' blockbuster acquisition of edge rusher Myles Garrett.
The fact Las Vegas tried trading Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens earlier this offseason, only to see that deal fall through upon a failed physical, reinforces the notion he'll be on the move at some point.
Perhaps ahead of the NFL trade deadline later this fall, particularly if the Raiders are well out of contention and more focused on their rebuild, while a team like the Niners is eager to land another pass-rusher to keep their Super Bowl window opened.
Should that happen, one should automatically assume that young fan had a big say it making the deal become a reality.
She should be a GM.
