The NFL trade deadline is coming up quickly, and the San Francisco 49ers have already made one big move by bringing back DeForest Buckner. The only problem is that NFC rivals have also been active, with the Seattle Seahawks acquiring Quentin Nelson and the Chicago Bears landing Jeffery Simmons.

There’s still over a week to go before November 10th, which is a lot of time for some truly scary trade scenarios to unfold from. Halloween is upon us, so it seems only fitting to envision some frightening trade deadline scenarios for the 49ers.

3 trades that would give the 49ers a big scare

Maxx Crosby to the Seattle Seahawks

This would be an absolute gut punch. The 49ers have been seen as a potential trade destination for Maxx Crosby for years, but the Las Vegas Raiders' edge rusher has stayed put despite a dramatic about-face with the Baltimore Ravens following a failed physical during the offseason.

The Raiders got off to a good start, but after four straight losses, they may be inclined to sell. Ironically, if San Francisco beats the Raiders in Week 9, that could be the final push, and the Seahawks are absolutely going to be looking for more firepower to track down their division rival.

Garrett Wilson to the Los Angeles Rams

New York Jets receiver Garrett Wilson has been seen as a dream addition for the 49ers given all of pass-catching injuries, but the Rams also lost Davante Adams for 6-10 weeks. That means the Rams could be in the market for a receiver.

If they were able to land Wilson and pair him up with Puka Nacua, that would be a truly scary duo and could make that offense nearly impossible to stop.

Khalil Mack to the Chicago Bears

The Bears are clearly trying to be one of the top teams in the NFC and may even have a shot at being the No. 1 seed depending on how things shake out. A reunion with Khalil Mack is not out of the picture for Chicago.

San Francisco could still use edge-rushing help after the Buckner trade, but acquiring Mack will not come without competition. If they end up having to face the veteran in a playoff game, especially on the road in Chicago, it could potentially do them in.

The Niners will obviously not be able to scoop up all three of these game changers, so they will just have to hope the NFC West doesn't load up on too much talent.
