No. 1: Okay Santa, just one more thing. Promise. Please just get the SF 49ers healthy and ready for the 2021 season.

At the top of every SF 49ers, fans wish list is a healthy team again.

The Niners have dealt with more injuries this year than any other team in the NFL. But it wasn’t just a few players here and there. It was key contributors from the 2019 season.

More from Niner Noise

MetLife Stadium claimed the seasons of Nick Bosa, Jimmy Garoppolo, defensive lineman Solomon Thomas, and also impacted the season of tight end Jordan Reed.

The SF 49ers also lost tight end George Kittle (who could possibly return this week), running back Raheem Mostert, and Deebo Samuel for lengthy periods of time.

And, these are just a few names. Many others had to deal with injuries and being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

But we’ve seen how the SF 49ers can be when everyone is healthy and playing at an elite level. We’re only 10 months removed from the Super Bowl and a 13-3 season. We’re nearing the anniversary of the SF 49ers defeating the Seahawks in Seattle to claim the No. 1 seed in the NFC and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

Everyone says “next season will be our season.” And, SF 49ers should start believing in it. Get everyone back and healthy with some upgrades and new faces, this team can and will make noise in the NFC once again.

Next. Canadians who’ve played for the SF 49ers over the years. dark

We hope you get some fun SF 49ers gear this Christmas season. We also hope to see you at a game or two in the new year!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays Niner Noise!
