No. 1: 49ers Send 7 Offensive Players to the Pro Bowl
For most of the mid 2010s, Pro Bowl nominations were few and far between for the 49ers. That changed in 2019, though, when the Niners sent four players from both sides of the ball to the NFL all-star game.
Expect that number to be even higher in 2020.

One can automatically pencil in fullback Kyle Juszczyk, who remains the best at his position by a longshot. George Kittle will be there, too, of course. But as a whole, let’s go with the following seven selections for San Francisco this upcoming season:
- TE George Kittle
- FB Kyle Juszczyk
- QB Jimmy Garoppolo
- RB Raheem Mostert
- WR Deebo Samuel
- OT Trent Williams
- WR Brandon Aiyuk
Aiyuk is the wild card, given he’s a rookie. But based off our earlier prediction, that would be good enough. And having a breakout candidate in Samuel wouldn’t hurt matters either.
One can also look to Mostert reaching 1,000 yards on the ground and becoming a scoring machine for the 49ers, while Williams easily adds to his already-impressive resume of seven Pro Bowl nods from previous years in Washington.
See? It’s not that hard to envision the Niners being well-represented by the time the Pro Bowl rolls around.
Let’s only hope they won’t have to actually send players to the Pro Bowl because they’ll have bigger games ahead on the postseason schedule.
