Jumping into the mock NFL Draft season, Niner Noise does a 2019 draft for the San Francisco 49ers where Alabama’s Quinnen Williams becomes the Niners’ first pick.

I want one thing to be very clear: This mock draft has nothing to do with the news about Ohio State EDGE Nick Bosa and his political views. Whether or not the San Francisco 49ers take that into consideration when deciding the pick, I don’t know.

However, many NFL Draft pundits agree the draft has two or three Tier 1 players: Bosa, Kentucky EDGE Josh Allen and Quinnen Williams. Niner Noise has gone through two of these players, here and here, leaving only a Williams mock left.

That’s where I come in.

A few scenarios before the mock draft, though. For starters, the Arizona Cardinals passed on Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray here, opting to go with Bosa. Although many have assumed that Murray will be the Cardinals’ pick, recent reports show the market for current Arizona quarterback, Josh Rosen, is not materializing as the Cardinals would want it to.

The 49ers could draft Williams at the second overall pick, but they decide here to make a minor trade down with the Oakland Raiders, allowing the team across the bay to pick Murray, while picking up an additional first-round pick, by giving up a seventh-round pick as well.

With that said, let’s begin this mock draft.
