WR5: Kendrick Bourne

Kendrick Bourne is a product of work ethic.

More from SF 49ers News

The second-year receiver out of Eastern Washington went undrafted in 2017 and was not supposed to make the team.

But he did. And he proved that he was being slept on by working hard behind the scenes and letting that work speak for itself on the field.

Bourne has been working even harder in the offseason, often posting Instagram videos on his workouts.

With Bourne, there’s an “all gas and no brakes” mentality that will keep him on an NFL roster for a long time.

Bourne is mostly a possession receiver, but he established a little bit of chemistry with Garoppolo at the end of last season and should be on the field more than not. Expect a solid season out of him as the team’s fifth receiver.

2018 Stat Prediction: 33 receptions, 475 yards, 3 TDs
