2018 NFL Draft: Full Round 1 mock to celebrate New Year’s Day

The Denver Broncos’ window to win another Super Bowl remains slightly open, although poor quarterbacking in recent years has prevented this team from reaching its zenith.

Trevor Siemian? No. Brock Osweiler? No. Paxton Lynch? Maybe, but probably not.

It’s more than likely general manager John Elway uses his first selection in the NFL Draft to target a high-profile quarterback as soon as possible. Some of the bigger names are already off the board, so he chooses to go with Wyoming’s Josh Allen.

For what it’s worth, Elway was on hand for the Potato Bowl to see Allen and the Cowboys and Central Michigan:

Hopefully this will be the pick that stabilizes this crucial position in Denver.
