Saquon Barkley. 4. player. 53. . Running Back. Penn State

The Browns do have the luxury of boasting two top-five picks in the NFL Draft, which hopefully makes some difference for this laughable franchise.

With the defense showing a little bit of grit in 2017, Cleveland goes back to the offensive side of the ball and lands one of the most explosive collegiate playmakers possible, Penn State running back Saquon Barkley.

Barkley’s impact would go a long way in taking pressure off quarterback Sam Darnold, whom the Browns took at No. 1 overall. Opponents would have to recognize Barkley’s abilities to make plays on the ground, therefore opening up things for Darnold, whenever he takes over signal-calling duties.

More importantly, Cleveland would actually have a player its fans would want to see on Sundays. He alone would make this franchise worth watching.
