Start-em: Jordan Reed (WAS) vs. San Francisco

This may be the only chance fantasy football players get all season to use a healthy Jordan Reed. It seems like Reed has spent all of his time in the NFL injured or hobbled in some way. This week he is coming off of a bye week and has no injury designation.

When Reed is on the field and healthy, he is one of the best tight ends in football. Not only is he a top red-zone target for the Redskins, but they also utilize him as a regular pass catcher as well. Reed has never started in more than nine games in a season throughout his career.

Take advantage of this opportunity while you still can.

The Redskins offense is going to be without starting running back Rob Kelley again this week. Jordan Reed needs to help quarterback Kirk Cousins move the ball against a weak San Francisco secondary.

With the news that big name tight ends like Rob Gronkowski and Travis Kelce are going to play this week, fantasy football players are going to overlook Reed in Week 6. Don’t take his talent for granted. A healthy Jordan Reed against an undermanned secondary is a must start. You can expect big points from Reed this week in your fantasy football lineup.
