Another week of NFL action is in the books, and Niner Noise breaks down Week 6 power rankings as the Kansas City Chiefs remain undefeated, while the San Francisco 49ers’ struggles continue.

There were certainly a few shakeups and surprises affecting Niner Noise’s Week 6 NFL power rankings, and there’s a good chance the Kansas City Chiefs are fast-tracking their way to the AFC Championship game this season.

The Chiefs remain undefeated after knocking off the Texans in Houston, 42-34, and it’s hard to see any way Kansas City’s early momentum falls off.

Meanwhile, the San Francisco 49ers — 0-5 through five weeks — fell in overtime for the second straight week, losing to the Indianapolis Colts 26-23.

At least the Niners aren’t the only winless team through this point of the season, though. The New York Giants lost again, in more ways than one, and the Cleveland Browns, well… they’re the Browns.

What else took place around the NFL in Week 5, and how did each one of those games impact the upcoming week’s power rankings in comparison to what happened last week?

Let’s take a look.
