Niner Noise a new team sitting at No. 1 in our Week 5 NFL power rankings. Meanwhile, at 0-4, the San Francisco 49ers sit towards the bottom with no changes in sight.

Well, Week 5 of the 2017 NFL season was weird. And that’s going to be reflected in this week’s NFL power rankings for sure.

To start, we have a new team sitting at No. 1. It’s no longer the New England Patriots, whose defense is looking more and more permeable by the week. And, no. The Atlanta Falcons don’t take over the top spot either.

Meanwhile, at the bottom of NFL power rankings this week, the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco 49ers are still wallowing with winless records.

Although one probably would rather be the Niners, as they’ve at least kept things close in three of their four contests this season.

The Houston Texans mauled the Tennessee Titans, and the Minnesota Vikings suffered a debilitating loss of one of their bright young players. Paired with quarterbacking issues, how does that affect Minnesota’s chances.

Lets look at all these changes after Week 4, seeing where teams match up, starting off with those lowly Browns.
