Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana is no stranger to epic drives.
Heck, plenty of NFL historians have cited his game-winning drive with the San Francisco 49ers back in Super Bowl XXIII against the Cincinnati Bengals as the best and most clutch two-minute drive to win a game in football history.
And, in plenty of those memorable Montana-esque drives, Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice played a pivotal role.
Now, far removed from their playing days, Montana and Rice are still figuring out ways to engineer long drives.
This time, though, it's not on the gridiron. It's behind the wheel of a car.
The two GOATs teamed up with Uber to serve as surprise UberX drivers in downtown San Francisco ahead of Super Bowl LX, which will be held at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Imagine being picked up by those two legends, right?
Joe Montana and Jerry Rice team up to give UberX passengers the ultimate surprise
Of course, Montana's own humor showed up in his Uber driver profile, reading, "Been making clutch drives in the Bay Area since '79. Striving to always maintain my five-star rating."
And it sure seems as if Rice is game for tagging along, too.
"In case anybody forgot, when Joe starts a drive on Super Bowl weekend, you know he’s going to get you there," Rice shared, via the PR release to Niner Noise. "And it’s even more fun to have fans along for the ride, especially in San Francisco."
Montana and Rice are widely seen as the franchise's two biggest icons, primarily responsible for the dynasty years of the 1980s in which the two combined to win two Super Bowls together, setting several records in the process.
Now, with fans lining up to be surprised by their UberX pickups, we'll have to see if the Montana-Rice combination produces more records (more likely epic memories) in the process.
