Two weeks into the season, and the San Francisco 49ers are 2-0. For 49ers faithful, that should come as no surprise.

This year, it almost feels as if the 49ers are going to coast through the regular season while doing everything they can to protect their own health, before the real season begins.

The 49ers are a legitimate Super Bowl contender, as we know, and should take this division with ease.

Speaking of the NFC West, where does each team fall in our latest power rankings after a couple of weeks in?

4. Arizona Cardinals (0-2)

For two quarters, the Arizona Cardinals had New York Giants fans wondering what in the world was going on with their football team this season. At halftime of this game, the Cardinals were up 20-0 on the Giants.

Then, in the second half, Daniel Jones started to hit a rhythm and the Giants came roaring back. At one point, it was 28-7, but New York brought it to a 28-28 tie before Graham Gano hit a 34-yarder to win it late in the game.

For a little while, the Cardinals looked like a formidable football team. Josh Dobbs even looked great at times, and while Arizona lost the game, Dobbs' performance doesn't go unrecognized. He ended throwing for 228 yards, one touchdown and added 41 yards on three carries, plus a score. Dobbs also did not turn the ball over.

Unfortunately, the Cardinal unraveled in the second half. Well, I suppose one might call it fortunate, if they were hoping to land the no. 1 pick in next year's draft. But, it might be a little early for tank talk.
