3 reasons Packers will be a tough opponent for 49ers in divisional round

The Green Bay Packers will not be an easy opponent for the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round of the playoffs.

No. 1: Quarterback Jordan Love

After a shaky start to the year, Jordan Love has turned things on in the second half of the season. Since Week 11, Love has thrown 21 touchdown passes to only one interception.

The 49ers defense should be rested and will fully understand the challenge it is up against, but it is scary to see Love and the Packers offense light up one of the better defenses in the league as they did.

He also has weapons around him like running back Aaron Jones and wide receiver Christian Watson who have proven they can have explosive plays. It will take a great effort from the Niners to contain them.

There is no denying the fact that Love is playing the best football of his life right now and is looking more and more like longtime Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers with every game he plays. We can only hope he does his best Rodgers impression on Saturday, given the fact that Rodgers never beat San Francisco in the playoffs.
