17. Brian Hoyer (2017)
Brian Hoyer gets the dishonorable distinction of being dead last on this list because he won absolutely no games as a starter for the 49ers.
Hoyer joined the team in 2017 coming over with first-time head coach Kyle Shanahan, who had been his former offensive coordinator. He started in the first six games of the season, going 0-6 and eventually getting benched for C.J. Beathard.
Hoyer would throw four touchdowns to go along with four interceptions during his time with the 49ers.
