13. J.T. O'Sullivan (2008)

J.T. O'Sullivan had a very short, and equally unsuccessful tenure with the 49ers.

He won the starting job to begin 2008, as Alex Smith was as out with a shoulder injury all season. However, after winding up with a 2-6 record, the team opted to return to Shaun Hill as a starter.

2008 would be O'Sullivan's one and only season with the team.
