What jerseys are the 49ers wearing in Super Bowl LVIII?
The San Francisco 49ers are heading to the Super Bowl, their first appearance since the 2019 season when they fell in Super Bowl LIV to the Kansas City Chiefs. The Niners have a chance to avenge that loss, as they'll be facing the Chiefs again this time around.
With the AFC being the home team for this Super Bowl, the Chiefs got to pick what jerseys they want to wear for the big game. They're going with their home red jerseys, meaning that the 49ers will be rocking their road whites for the first time since the new year kicked off.
49ers will wear their road white jerseys for Super Bowl LVIII
While the 49ers haven't officially posted anything about their Super Bowl attire as of this writing, the Chiefs selecting their red jerseys means that there isn't another choice for the Niners. Unfortunately, teams can't wear alternate unis in the postseason so the 49ers will be rocking their white jerseys.
This is the same look the 49ers rocked in Super Bowl LIV but let's hope there's a better result for the Niners this time around.
