4 darkhorse 49ers who deserve a roster spot (but might not get one)

Because who doesn't love a punter controversy?
OK, so this started out with a little tongue in cheek tweet during the game on Sunday night:
On further reflection, though, this may have some mileage. All you can do in the NFL preseason is take your chance when it arrives, and Pressley Harvin's certainly done that.
With Mitch Wishnowsky dealing with "knee irritation"' (whatever that is!), Harvin's punted solidly and as required throughout both games, in many cases pinning the opposition deep down the field, particularly against the Saints.
Could he really win the spot? It seems unlikely, but given the preseason he's had, it'll surely at least warrant a conversation. Looking at it purely from a financial perspective, Harvin is both younger and considerably cheaper than Wishnowsky. In most cases, that wouldn't be enough to lose your job, but given that every dollar is carefully spent currently at San Francisco, and that the punter changing is less volatile than most positions, it can't be ruled out.
Further complicating the issue is that as of this sentence, Wishnowsky remains out with his sore knee. If he isn't ready to go for Week 1, or there's even a sliver of doubt, it's even more likely that he might get pushed out to make way for Harvin. It's difficult to make an NFL roster while injured, but it's even more difficult at a position that's undervalued in the first place. Of the four mentioned in this article, it somehow seems the most and least likely to happen all at once.
Watch these four closely as the news on final cuts comes in.
