5 cornerbacks 49ers can't afford to ignore in the 2025 NFL Draft

The 49ers should look at these potential 2025 NFL Draft prospects to shore up the cornerback position next year.

Another college athlete who is a junior is Notre Dame's Benjamin Morrison.

He is listed at 6-foot and has been a huge part of the Fighting Irish's success in the secondary.

Morrison is on pace to break his season best of 33 total tackles (2022) this year. He had three interceptions last year and six more in 2022, including a pick-six.

With such a deep draft class at cornerback, Morrison could be available in the second or third round. His skill set makes him a nice replacement for Deommodore Lenoir or Charvarius Ward if the 49ers can't bring either of those two veterans back.
