The 49ers and Jets close out Week 1 with a primetime showdown on Monday Night Football, and here's how you tune in live.

San Francisco 49ers fans and New York Jets fans ultimately had to be the most patient of all over the course of Week 1, waiting for their favorite teams to close out what has been an amazing opening week of NFL action.

The two teams are set to square off at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, for a Monday Night Football showdown.

Kickoff will be at 8:20 p.m. ET on Sept. 9.

Considering the multitude of storylines for this game -- everything from quarterback Aaron Rodgers returning to his home area of Northern California to former Niners defensive coordinator Robert Saleh making his return to Levi's Stadium as the Jets' head coach -- it'll be an entertaining bout, one between two Super Bowl hopefuls.
