Bold 49ers prediction No. 4: Offensive line will keep Brock Purdy upright with no sacks allowed

While it's been nowhere near a disaster, the 49ers will still no doubt be a little bit nervous with their pass blocking as they're yet to put it together for all four quarters.

Now, to be extremely fair, the Giants in Week 3 shouldn't really count as they were throwing blitzes a ridiculous number of times, and the Niners held up rather well, but they're still not going to be happy entirely with their performance on the right-hand side of the offensive line coming in for particular scrutiny.

The Cardinals have been able to put reasonable pressure considering their roster was considered to be among the weakest in the NFL and defensive stalwart J.J. Watt retired in the offseason, but this could be the game where it comes together for San Francisco.

Look for the 49ers to help each other out on the O-line and keep Brock Purdy upright, with the talented quarterback also helping out with his quick release and savvy decision-making.

The pass blocking has been the one weakness in what has been an almost unstoppable force on offense, and this game could be what gets them into shape as they look to take on the rest of the 2023 season.
