Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens (Week 16)

Remember the offseason chatter about Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson being moved after he was slapped with a franchise tag? Remember how even the 49ers were linked to rumors about potentially acquiring him at a king's ransom?

Well, Jackson isn't going anywhere. And the 2019 NFL MVP will look to lead a reshaped Baltimore offense that hopes to gain some headway within the AFC North, one of the two full divisions the Niners will play this season.

Speaking of 2019, Jackson and the Ravens managed to hand San Francisco one of its four regular-season losses, albeit amid the rain at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.

That said, the 49ers have historically struggled against mobile quarterbacks, and Jackson still commands that kind of potency.

Tack on an upgraded offense, and Jackson could do some serious damage against the Niners when he and Baltimore come to town for Monday Night Football on Christmas Day.
