49ers roster: 5 players whose stock is falling ahead of training camp
Kyle Shanahan said the 49ers don't truly compete for roster spots until training camp, but a number of players are already on the decline.

No. 3: 49ers offensive lineman Jaylon Moore
Two years ago, it would have seemed as if Colton McKivitz was going to be one of the odd players out from the Niners' offensive line situation, not then-rookie Jaylon Moore, who received more field time during training camp and the preseason.
Now, entering 2023, McKivitz is ticketed as the starting right tackle, whereas Moore has reportedly been relegated to the third-string O-line during offseason workouts.
Again, that might not mean anything. It'll be training camp where Moore has to show he's a better depth option than many of the other third-string linemen with whom he'll be competing, and Moore will also likely have to beat out some second-stringers, too.
If he can't do that, it's a safe bet San Francisco will move on.
