These 49ers did nothing to help their stock value in preseason game vs. Raiders
Some 49ers players on the fringes of the roster didn't aid their chances in the preseason loss to the Raiders.

49ers defensive tackle T.Y. McGill
For most of the first half, the Raiders simply gouged San Francisco on the ground on up-the-middle runs right through the middle of the 49ers defense, which wasn't a good look for defensive tackle T.Y. McGill.
McGill, whose prowess is defending against the run, did not show up on the stat sheet whatsoever during the game despite Vegas rushing 35 times.
However, Pro Football Focus handed McGill a lowly 25.4 overall grade from the game, which was the lowest of any Niners player on either side of the ball.
Ouch.
