Deebo Samuel named Offensive Player of the Week after smashing Eagles
Wide receiver Deebo Samuel isn't afraid to talk trash, and he did plenty of it in the Eagles' direction after last season's NFC Championship game, including calling Philly cornerback James Bradberry, "trash."
Needless to say, Samuel needed a massive week against Philadelphia to back up his trash talk.
Well, Samuel delivered. And then some.
The All-Pro mustered 116 yards and two touchdowns on four receptions, and he also added another touchdown on 22 yards rushing.
The performance was noteworthy enough to warrant him being named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

As for the Eagles, who likely aren't too happy about Samuel enjoying such a game after talking so much trash, it might simply be best to move on and forget about it as soon as possible.
Samuel, after all, was a massive reason why San Francisco won that game in such a dominating fashion.
