5 49ers moments from 2023 you (probably) forgot about

With 17 weeks in the NFL season it's easy to forget what happened back in September. And, when you're having an exciting year like the San Francisco 49ers are, you just can't remember it all.

No. 2: Thanksgiving Revenge in Seattle

Any time you beat a rival it's a good feeling. But when you're able to defeat the team who ate a thanksgiving on your own turf nine years and do the exact samething to them, it hits different.

The 49ers were able to extract some revenge for the Faithful who remember when Seattle came to town and munched on turkey legs and stuffing. Many of the 49ers weren't around when it happened, so for them, it might not mean as much.

But seeing the interview after the game with tight end George Kittle, linebacker Fred Warner, Purdy and CMC eating a luscious Thanksgiving turkey on Lumens Field in Seattle, got the monkey off the franchise's back.

Most fans probably will remember it for a while, but it's still always fun to bring up.
