49ers begin OTAs this week, here's what you'll want to watch

How do 49ers cornerbacks look behind Charvarius Ward?
Charvarius Ward is the unquestioned No. 1 cornerback on the Niners roster. Behind him, though, it's a pretty wide-open competition, primarily for the No. 2 boundary role.
San Francisco started Deommodore Lenoir there opposite Ward for the latter half of last season, but he'll be challenged by returnees like Ambry Thomas and new faces such as Darrell Luter Jr.
If that wasn't enough, the 49ers' situation at nickel cornerback still isn't settle despite the free-agent pickup of Isaiah Oliver, formerly from the Atlanta Falcons. Oliver could find himself challenged by another rookie, Ji'Ayir Brown, whose deployment in the secondary is almost going to be an OTA storyline of its own.
