Mandatory minicamp is over. Including some recent transactions, Niner Noise predicts what the 53-man roster could look like even though training camp is over a month away.

The 49ers could theoretically keep nine offensive linemen on their 53-man roster, but it's highly possible one of their two drafted rookies, Jarrett Kingston, doesn't quite make the cut as a regular-season addition his first year. That'd leave Dominick Puni as the lone first-year pro to crack the O-line depth chart.

Puni, a fourth-round pickup last April, has a chance to start right away, but he'll have to beat out either Spencer Burford or Jon Feliciano at right guard to do so.

That said, center Jake Brendel is currently dealing with knee tendonitis, which could force Feliciano to start there, making Puni's prospects to start a bit easier. Over the long run, Puni might be tabbed as an eventual replacement for left guard Aaron Banks, who is entering a contract year.

Puni, meanwhile, likely pushes reserve lineman Jaylon Moore off the 53-man roster. Hubbard is tabbed as the Niners' new swing tackle, backing up Trent Williams and Colton McKivitz.
