The 49ers face what's effectively a must-win Thursday Night Football game against the Rams, and here's how you can tune in via the radio.

If the San Francisco 49ers want to climb out of the NFC West basement and salvage their nearly dead hopes of making the postseason, they'll have to beat the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15.

For starters, the 7-6 Rams are a game ahead of the Niners in the division standings. But, perhaps more importantly, San Francisco desperately needs to avoid falling to 1-3 within the NFC West.

It'll be a tough task. LA is coming off a thrilling victory over the Buffalo Bills last week, which certainly offsets the 49ers' own win over the Chicago Bears last Sunday. And while a short-week game on Thursday Night Football presents challenges for both squads, one can fairly worry about Los Angeles having far more momentum this time of year by going 3-1 in its last four games.

The Niners, meanwhile, are 1-3 over that same stretch.

Amazon Prime will stream the game, while in-market fans can watch on Fox.

For the rest, who either can't attend in person or watch it live, the radio presents a last-ditch option.
