George Kittle has a future in pro wrestling after NFL career
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is well known for his love of pro wrestling. After making an appearance at Wrestlemania, he might have a future in it.
During the season, San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle is one of the more popular players in the entire league with his easygoing and extroverted personality, showing everyone why he has the nickname, “The People’s Tight End”.

Kittle is also a very keen wrestling fan, and for those of you that aren’t fans of it, his nickname was bestowed upon him by wrestling and film star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to the sheer delight of Kittle.
George Kittle makes cameo appearance at Wrestlemania
Wrestlemania 39 took place at SoFi Stadium this weekend, and Kittle ended up making a big impact on Day 1, helping former Indianapolis Colts punter, sports analyst and occasional wrestling commentator Pat McAfee to victory in his match against The Miz.
Kittle would deliver a crushing clothesline to The Miz, helping McAfee to his second victory in as many years at “The Grandest Stage of Them All”.
Admit it, you smiled even if you don’t like wrestling. Kittle was a kid in a candy store soaking up the atmosphere in the biggest event wrestling has to offer.
Kittle is, of course, an integral member of the 49ers organization for years to come, a focal point of the offense and one of the most popular players in franchise history.

That being said, a promising career after football beckons if the video is any indication.
While 49ers fans will no doubt be hoping that Kittle’s production on the field will help the 49ers win a sixth Lombardi trophy in 2023, one can’t help but wonder how he would do if he swapped the helmet and pads for some tights and a flashy theme song.
For now he remains a member of the 49ers, but Kittle looks like a successful football player today and a potentially successful wrestler tomorrow.
