No. 5: The Texans might be the most intriguing team for Jimmy Garoppolo to sign with

If Houston’s new head coach DeMeco Ryans is interested in taking more people from San Francisco, Jimmy Garoppolo should be the next one to head south.

It’s a very intriguing opportunity for both Ryans and Garoppolo. Houston is in dire need of a legitimate starting quarterback, and Garoppolo is in dire need of a team who wants him.

Houston isn’t a very attractive market for quarterbacks like Derek Carr and Aaron Rodgers (assuming he leaves Green Bay.) So, the starting position would be there for Garoppolo’s taking.

With the addition of Ryans, the Texans might become a free-agent hot spot in the near future. With how the organization was run and with the team not being ultra-competitive in years, they certainly won’t attract many big names yet.
