How much a beer will cost at a 49ers game in 2022
By Peter Panacy
Combing through numerous reports and data for 2022, going to a 49ers game and ordering a beer won’t be for the cheap-minded fans at Levi’s Stadium.
Few things are better than a hot dog and a beer at a professional sporting event. It’s almost as big a tradition as watching the game itself.
However, for fans of the San Francisco 49ers attending games at Levi’s Stadium, it’s not necessarily a cheap habit.
Granted, fans can always expect to pay a few more bucks extra to imbibe in their preferred beverages, and the smart ones may reserve those frothy brews for pregame tailgating instead of spending top dollar once inside the stadium.
Either way, for those fans willing to open up their wallets a little wider for the upcoming 2022 season, knowing what it’ll cost to purchase a beer might be of some use.
A beer during a 49ers game will set you back significantly
The sports-data firm Team Marketing Report (h/t cheapism.com) published end-of-year info for all 32 teams and their beer prices at their respective stadiums.
While the Niners don’t have the most expensive beer prices out there (the Washington Commanders at FedEx Field own that accolade at $14), getting a domestic brew at Levi’s Stadium will set you back $11.50.
Premium brands can go for $15 or higher, so you might want to stick to those lower-cost domestic beers if you’re looking for the effect and not necessarily the taste.
Corroborating the data, Statista also lists San Francisco’s beer prices at $11.50, even though the 49ers haven’t officially announced what their concession items will cost fans for 2022.

We can expect it to be at that amount, or at least in that range, however.
At any rate, the Niners’ price for domestic beer is tied for the second-highest in the NFL right now.
As far as the cheapest? Well, there’s a three-way tie between the New York Jets (MetLife Stadium), Detroit Lions (Ford Field) and Atlanta Falcons (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), according to Statista, with domestic beer running an affordable five bucks.
So, if you’re about the beer and not so much about the team or stadium, maybe you’d want to attend one of those more cost-effective games.
