49ers trade partner No. 2: Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles are an interesting team to watch out for this year since they are in the market to draft another wide receiver for the third-straight year with previous picks of Jalen Reagor and Devonta Smith in the past two years.

I don’t see the 49ers trading inside the same conference as themselves, but for the right asking price, they might not be able to turn it down.

In this scenario, the Eagles trade away the 18th overall pick in the first round, the 51st overall pick, and the 101st pick at the tail end of the third round. They could do that, or they can keep their second-round pick and package a couple of their fifth-round picks, like their 162nd and 166th overall picks of this year.

Both scenarios are plausible, but again I don’t see the 49ers trading in the same conference.

But you never know what might happen in this league.
