49ers wouldn’t trade Deebo Samuel to Cowboys
We have to take this stand on moral grounds. The Niners already have an all-time historically bad trade in place with the Dallas Cowboys. Remember when San Francisco sent Hall of Fame EDGE Charles Haley off to Dallas back in the 1990s?
Well, that didn’t turn out to well for the red and gold, and it shifted the balance of dynasties.
At any rate, the Cowboys would love to get their hands on Deebo Samuel. And forget what you’ve heard about Samuel “liking” a photoshopped image of himself in a Cowboys uniform.
Nope. The 49ers aren’t doing that.
Dallas is another one of those teams impacted by cap space, which led them to part ways with wide receiver Amari Cooper. Still, the thought of adding Samuel would be too good to pass up, sure, ensuring fellow wideout CeeDee Lamb had an elite-level partner in crime.
The only problem, however, is the Niners won’t have any of it whatsoever, both in terms of the NFC pecking order and this longtime storied rivalry.
