The 2022 NFL Scouting Combine is complete, and we now break down what the 49ers may do over the course of seven draft rounds in our latest mock.

Had enough of mocks yet? No? Of course not. It’s mock-draft season (it’s always mock-draft season).

The San Francisco 49ers had to be tempted with more than a handful of prospects who impressed a lot during the week of the 2022 NFL Combine, which just concluded from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, and had a fair share of big-time risers. And while some may have effectively priced themselves out of the Niners’ draft range, other prospects surely took themselves “off the fence” and squarely onto general manager John Lynch’s priority list.

Again, San Francisco is without a first-round pick in this year’s NFL Draft, thanks to last year’s deal for quarterback Trey Lance, but it’ll get an additional compensatory third-round selection after former offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel was named the Miami Dolphins’ head coach this offseason.

Of course, the 49ers could end up trading quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo soon, too, which would likely add to their stockpile of picks. For now, though, Lynch and Co. have nine picks at their disposal, the first coming at No. 61 overall (Round 2).

Taking into account all the action from the NFL Scouting Combine, Niner Noise dishes out our latest mock by using Pro Football Focus’ trusty mock-draft tool.

So, if you think some players won’t be available when they’re mocked here, just consider them TDN sleepers the Niners would be lucky to get their hands on.

After sitting out all the action in Round 1, San Francisco is officially on the clock in Round 2.

Let’s begin.
