Santa’s nice list: QB Jimmy Garoppolo
Santa might have had some tough decisions regarding quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, as it seems there’s the “good” version of Jimmy G one week, followed by a “bad” version of him sprinkled in the other.
But Garoppolo, who has had the tendency of being very giving with turnovers over his career, has tried his best to avoid doing so this season, and the Niners’ recent hot streak can be attributed to Garoppolo not throwing interceptions.
Santa likes that. Although he probably had to hesitate after a two-interception Week 16 game versus the Titans just days before taking to the sleigh before Christmas morning.
Still, Santa will always appreciate Jimmy G going out of his way for the fans, too, ensuring they get their holiday wishes granted, like this fan right here:
If that’s not being good for goodness sake, what is?
Both San Francisco and St. Nick will appreciate Garoppolo giving to the fans, but they’ll both want to see Garoppolo not give anything to opponents down the stretch.
That’ll be vital for Jimmy G to stay on the nice list into 2022.
