No changes here from last time, although it seems like rookie Jaylon Moore has done enough to cement himself as the team’s swing tackle heading into the season. There’s always a chance that five-year pro Shon Coleman could work his way into this group, too, if the 49ers decide to add another lineman to the mix.

The starters here are pretty well entrenched, with second-round draft pick Aaron Banks having missed much of training camp and the preseason due to injury, thereby locking Daniel Brunskill in as the starter at right guard to start the season.

The depth of Moore, Banks, and second-year guard Colton McKivitz does not inspire a lot of confidence, but barring some additions from other teams’ castoffs, this feels pretty likely to be the group that will make up the offensive line room, with the possible addition of Coleman.

More than usual, Niners fans will be crossing their fingers for offensive line help this season, as all of the reserves certainly still could use some seasoning as players, but letting them go onto waivers doesn’t make any sense either.

The starters are solid to spectacular, beyond that it’s shaky, but the other depth pieces aren’t much better, so this is likely what the team will lean on entering the 2021 season.
