No. 1: SF 49ers Quarterback Steve Young, 1998

The greatest season, fantasy-wise, from an SF 49ers player came in 1998 from Young.

In that season, he threw for 4,170 yards and 36 touchdowns. On the ground, he rushed for 454 yards and six touchdowns. Those totals gave him a whopping 364 fantasy points on the season and put him at the No. 1 spot in overall points.

Young led the SF 49ers to a 12-4 finish and a Wild Card berth. In the Wild Card game, Young led the team to a thrilling last-second comeback against the Green Bay Packers.
