SF 49ers: Top 5 individual fantasy football seasons in team history
No 2: SF 49ers Quarterback Steve Young, 1994
In 1994, Young was finally able to “get the monkey off his back” and win a Super Bowl. That season, Young threw for 3,969 yards and 35 touchdowns to only 10 interceptions. He also rushed for 293 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground.
With those numbers, he earned Pro Bowl and All-Pro selections and won his second MVP award. Fantasy-wise, Young finished first in the league with 348 fantasy points.
Young led the SF 49ers to a 13-3 record en route to crushing the San Diego Chargers and winning Super Bowl XXIX while also earning Super Bowl MVP honors.
