Welcome to our SF 49ers live game-day thread for Week 8 of the 2020 NFL regular season, as our 4-3 San Francisco 49ers travel north to face the 5-1 Seattle Seahawks. After a blowout victory against the New England Patriots and a commanding win over the Los Angles Rams, the Niners will look to fend off the rival Seahawks, who currently lead the NFC West despite their division-worst point differential.

Today’s showdown between the Niners and Seattle kicks off on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020, at 4:25 p.m. ET at CenturyLink Field, in Seattle, WA. The Seahawks will not have the benefit of their home crowd for the two rivals’ annual Washington matchup.

SF 49ers vs. Seattle Seahawks: How to watch

The Niners’ Week 8 matchup with the Seahawks will be broadcast live on television on FOX Sports for all viewers in the western half of the country, and within a couple of small areas on the East Coast of the U.S. Today’s televised contest will be hosted by play-by-play announcer Chris Myers and color commentator Mark Schlereth.

In-market fans can stream the Niners’ game on the FOX Sports App or website, the Yahoo! Sports App, or the NFL.com Mobile App. Additionally, Bay Area fans can watch the game via the 49ers iOS App or on 49ers.com. You can also stream the matchup on your phone, computer, or media streaming device with fuboTV’s subscription service, which includes a seven-day trial membership for new subscribers.

All out-of-market viewers can watch via NFL Sunday Ticket on DIRECTV or via the NFL Sunday Ticket app, while college students can purchase online access to DIRECTV’s NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV.
