The SF 49ers will look to bounce back from an ugly loss against the Cardinals, and the lowly NY Jets present a perfect opportunity to do so.

The SF 49ers had a rough start to their 2020 season with an unfortunate 24-20 home loss to the Arizona Cardinals at Levi’s Stadium last Sunday.

There were plenty of things that didn’t go well for head coach Kyle Shanahan and Co. His team coughed up two leads over the game, couldn’t take advantage of a fourth-quarter go-ahead opportunity with time running out and third downs were absolutely abysmal.

Like, 2-of-11 abysmal.

Yes, the Niners could and should have won that game. But they didn’t. Instead, they’ll have to correct a number of the things that went wrong and look forward to their next opponent with the hopes of improving to 1-1 on the young season.

The SF 49ers will have to take a good look to right themselves for their upcoming Week 2 matchup on the road with the New York Jets. The Niners also will try not to dwell on the Week 1 loss to the Cardinals and keep going one game at a time.

Let’s take a look at three main reasons San Fransico will bounce back just fine against the Jets this upcoming Sunday.
