Depth Chart Prediction

If I had to predict the depth chart, I’d go:

  1. Mostert
  2. Coleman
  3. McKinnon
  4. Hasty
  5. Wilson
  6. Ahmed

Jerick McKinnon is the true wild card, though, as his health could change everything up. If he is fully healthy and back to 100 percent, Tevin Coleman could be on the way out, and if he is not healthy at all, McKinnon could be the one leaving.

In any case, the players here all fit a trend of cheap talent that Shanahan can maximize. No matter who makes the roster, the 49ers will be keeping a strong rushing attack. It’s the Shanahan way.
