The Vikings need an upgrade at pass-rusher, and Penn State’s Yetur Gross-Matos is an exciting prospect here late in Round 1.

Gross-Matos registered a ridiculous 20 tackles for loss in 2018. His potential is off the charts as an athletic project.

If Gross-Matos develops the tools to be a pass-rusher to meet his athletic ability, then he can absolutely dominate the NFL.

When you look at him, you see an athletic freak of nature. He has incredible burst and acceleration to burst through gaps, and he has the strength to maul blockers. When he gets it together, he’s a lot of fun to watch.

What a team has to do is to teach him consistency with his pass-rushing moves and his hands and to teach him to be more fluid in that area. If they do, they could find a real steal in Gross-Matos.
